OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
all further proceedings for execution of the arrest warrant issued against
the petitioner in EP No 38/2017 in O.S No. 55/2016 on the files of the
Hon'ble Munsiff Court, Ettumanoor, pending consideration of the above
original petition, in the interest of justice.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S I.DINESH MENON & L.RAJESH NARAYAN, Advocates for the petitioner, the
court passed the following:

Admit.
Issue notice by speed post to the respondent.
There will be an interim order as prayed for, on condition that an amount equivalent to 50% of the amount due under Exhibit P4 shall be deposited before the Munsiff Court, Ettumanoor within one month from today.
