        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the
   applicant/appellant by the Judgment of conviction and sentence in
   S.C.No.154/2017 of the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-Ottapalam ,
   dated 23.09.2021 and release the applicant/appellant on bail pending
   disposal of the above criminal appeal.


        This Application again     coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and this court's order dated 16/11/2021 therein and upon
   hearing the arguments of P.VIJAYA BHANU (SR.), P.M.RAFIQ, M.REVIKRISHNAN,
   MITHA SUDHINDRAN, RAHUL SUNIL, SRUTHY N. BHAT, AJEESH K.SASI, POOJA
   PANKAJ, Advocates for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:

                                        ORDER

The order suspending the sentence shall continue to be in force for a period of two months from today.
