     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed

therewith the High Court be pleased to grant extension of 1 month time to the

petitioner to deposit the amount (Rs.1,50,000/-) before the Family Court, as

directed by this Honourable Court as per judgment dated 24/02/2022, so as to

secure the ends of justice.


      This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application

and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's Judgment dated

24/02/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VENUGOPAL) and T.J.MARIA
