JUDGMENT
This petition is filed seeking the following relief:-
a) Direct the Family Court, Thrissur to consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext. P6 application, within a time limit as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and report the matter, expeditiously.
2. We have heard Sri. Ajith Viswanathan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. C.D. Dileep, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. It appears that the petitioner has filed the application seeking interim custody of the child in the main petition to attend the temple festival which is slated to commence from 12.5.2022. The limited request of the learned counsel is for expeditious consideration of the interlocutory application on 13.5.2022 itself on which day the case stands posted.
4. Sri.C.D.Dileep, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has objection with respect to the maintainability of the application and submits that though he has no objection in considering the application, directions be issued to hear the objection as well.
Having considered the facts and circumstances and the submissions made across the bar, this petition is disposed of directing the learned OP (FC) NO. 257 OF 2022 3 Family Court, Thrissur, to consider Ext. P6 on 13.05.2022 and pass orders on the same day itself, after hearing both sides.
This petition is disposed of.
