Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to direct the
respondent, to handover the minor children of the petitioner named
Prarthana, aged 15 years, and Pranav aged 13 years, from 8-5-2022 to
12-5-2022, dehors the pendency of above numbered appeal before this
Honourable Court.
This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of MR.JAWAHAR JOSE Advocate for the applicant(Respondent in Mat.Appeal)
and of Advocates M/S.HEMALATHA and BINU GEORGE for the
respondent(Appellant in Mat.Appeal), the court passed the following:

ORDER
Though we cannot deliver judgment in this case at this stage, on account of various issues that has been pending, we deem it appropriate to allow the father visitation right over the children for four days from 08/05/2022 to 12/05/2022.
We, therefore, permit the petitioner to go to the residence of the respondent at 11 A.M. on the afore days and if the children are ready to go with him, he will be permitted to take them and return by 4 p.m. on such days.
Post for further consideration on 18/05/2022.
