Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to enlarge two month
time from 17.03.2022 to comply the conditions in WP(C) No.1198/2022 dated
13.01.2022 till that period all further recovery proceeding as will be
kept in abeyance.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of SRI.M.R.SARIN, Advocate for the petitioner in IA/WP(C)and of
SRI.PRATHEESH CHACKO advocate for respondents in IA/ WPC the court passed
the following:
ORDER
Despite order dated 22.3.2022, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, a period of one week is granted. Time granted by this court to comply with the conditions imposed in judgment in WPC No.1198/2022 stands exteded till 13.5.2022. This shall be on condition that if the conditions are not complied with on or before 13.5.2022, the petitioner shall hand over the possession of the asset to the 1st respondent Bank.
