JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction seeking consideration of Ext.P3 objection filed by him against transfer of vehicle bearing registration No.KL-58 T 8696.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of directing the 2 nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and 3rd respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
3. Considering the limited nature of relief being granted in this writ petition, I am of the opinion that notice to the 3 rd respondent can be dispensed with.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2 nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and 3 rd respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
