JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this court essentially seeking the consideration of his transfer from Chova Maha Siva Temple to Karivellur Siva Temple.
2. The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 representation before the second respondent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the limited nature of relief and after having heard the standing counsel for the first respondent, it is directed that the second respondent shall consider Ext.P2 and communicate a decision thereon to the petitioner. Considering the apprehension of the petitioner that the post to which he has sought a transfer may be filled-up permanently by another person, it is ordered that until a decision is taken on Ext.P2, the post of Melsanthi at the Karivellur Siva Temple shall not be filled-up by appointing anyone on permanent basis. Ext.P2 shall be considered as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of.
