Having regard to the fact that as early as in 2012 there was a direction from this court (Ext.P1 judgment) to consider the assignment application of the petitioner in respect of 3 cents of land occupied by her and also considering the fact that the petitioner has been clearly in possession and enjoyment of the property in question for a substantially long period, there will an interim order as prayed for, for a period of 3 months.
