        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the
   circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C)
   the High Court be pleased to pass an order directing the
   respondents keep in abeyance all proceedings in pursuance of
   Exhibit P4 and in the alternative, to conduct the election
   pursuant to the same only in the presence of requisite quorum
   for the annual general assembly as directed in Exhibit P2
   pending disposal of this Writ Petition (civil).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon
   hearing the arguments of M/S.THAREEQ ANVER K., VINOD
   RAVINDRANATH & MEENA.A. Advocates for the petitioner, the court
   passed the following:

                                         ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the election as per the bye-laws is being conducted on 05.05.2022. Any election conducted will be subject to the result of the Writ Petition.
