JUDGMENT
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner for revision of timings.
2. Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P2 request for revision of timings and pass orders on the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. I make it clear that I have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and it is for the respondent to consider Ext.P2 in accordance with law.
