                               JUDGMENT

The complaint of the petitioner is that for the purpose of widening of Mallappally Hanumakunnu road, the property of the petitioner, which is one side of the road, is being acquired by deviating from the earlier proposal to acquire lands from both sides. The petitioner had filed a representation in this regard before the 2nd respondent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. An order shall be passed by the 2nd respondent as above within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
