Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to grant an interim direction to the 2nd respondent to take
immediate steps to consider Exhibit P-6 so as to take decision on the
renewal application by the first respondent in view of Exhibit p-4.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
SRI.SAJU J.VALLYARA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the

ORDER
Since it is evident from Ext.P5 that a decision on the application filed by the petitioner was adjourned on account of the fact that W.P (C) No.1107/2020 and connected cases is pending before this court and considering the fact that the said writ petition has been disposed of by Ext.P4 judgment dated 12-01-2022, there will be an interim order directing the 1 st respondent to consider the application for regular permit submitted by the petitioner by circulation amongst members of Regional Transport Authority. The Regional Transport Authority shall take a decision on the application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
