        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an interim order directing the 3rd respondent not to
   forfeit the EMD offered by the petitioner or cancel the contract awarded
   to him by Exhibit P1 and P2 letter of acceptance pending disposal of this
   Writ Petition.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.K.SHAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
                                    O R D E R

In view of the judgment of this Court in WP(C)Nos.2558 & 4140/2022, there will be an interim order, in this WP(C) directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to execute agreements without insisting on providing Additional Performance Guarantee, provisionally and subject to the outcome of the writ petition.

Post along with WP(C) 12099/22.
