Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider Exhibit P4
representations submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate
measures, within a time frame fixed by this Court or as expeditiously as
possible, until the final disposal of writ petition, so as to secure the
ends of justice.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S RAHUL SASI, NEETHU PREM, VIVEK.P.K. and MANU K. MURALI, Advocates for
the petitioner and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the Respondents, the court
passed the following:

ORDER
Admit.
The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
Having regard to Ext.P5 judgment, there will be an interim order permitting the petitioner to pay the arrears of motor vehicle tax for the period from 01.01.2021 to 30.6.2022 in six monthly installments in respect of vehicle bearing registration No.KL-43M-3061, first of which shall be paid on or before 10.05.2022. The subsequent installments shall be paid on or before 10th day of succeeding months. This benefit shall not be available, if the petitioner has obtained an order earlier to pay the tax in installments and has failed to comply with the same. In the event of default, the benefit granted under this order will stand automatically vacated.
