Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High
Court be pleased to suspend the sentence passed by the Fast Track Special
Judge, Kozhikode as per Judgment in Sessions Case NO.530 of 2009 and to
grant bail to the petitioner/appellant dated 23.02.2021 in relation to
the above case pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
upon hearing the arguments of SRI.P.C.MUHAMMED NOUSHIQ, Advocate for the
petitioner and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the

ORDER
Considering the pandemic situation, the petitioners were granted interim bail by this Court which was extended from time to time.
In these circumstances, interim order already granted by this Court is extended for a period of two weeks. Post in the 1 st week of April, 2022.
