          KOZHIKODE.

          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree in OS 47/2014 on the file of the III
   rd Additional Sub Court, Kozhikode and that in AS 65/2018 on the file of the IIIrd Additional District
   Court, Kozhikide, pending disposal of the appeal.



          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 27.05.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   V.V.SURENDRAN, SRI.P.A.HARISH, Advocates for the petitioners and of SRI.R.SUDHISH,
   SMT.K.MANJU, Advocates for the respondents 2,3 & 4, the court passed the following:
