CON.CASE(C) NO. 2095 OF 2021

JUDGMENT
When this matter was called today, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that a new order has been issued by him regularizing the entire period claimed by the petitioner as duty. He added that all benefits entitled to the petitioner will be disbursed without any delay subject to the papers being forwarded to the competent Authority by the Headmaster of the School.
Recording the afore submissions and leaving liberty to the petitioner to move the Headmaster of the School appropriately for disbursement of the benefits, I close this contempt case.
Needless to say, I leave liberty to the petitioner to seek any clarification which may be required in this Contempt Case; if the Headmaster of the School does not act in terms of the statutory Scheme.
