PARVATHY .K-GP THIS CONTEMPT OF COURT CASE (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 29.06.2022, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: CON.CASE(C) NO. 997 OF 2022 2 J UDGMENT When this matter was called today, the learned Government Pleader - Smt.Parvathy K. submitted that in compliance with the directions of the judgment, an order has been issued by the respondent, a copy of which has been produced on record along with her Memo dated 24.06.2022.
2. Sri.B.H.Mansoor - learned counsel for the petitioner affirmed the afore, but submitted that the new order is egregiously improper and illegal. He, therefore, prayed that liberty may be reserved to his client to challenge it appropriately.
Taking note of the afore submissions, I close this Contempt Case; however, leaving full liberty to the petitioner to invoke and pursue any remedy that may be found necessary against the new order dated 13.06.2022; for which purpose, all contentions are left open.
