          KERALA, ERNAKULAM.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to enlarge the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble
   court by 2 weeks and direct that payment of a further sum of Rs. 40,000/-
   would be treated as compliance of the judgment of this Hon'ble court as
   regards payment of fine by the petitioners .
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
    and this court's final order dated 30.01.2017 and upon hearing the
   arguments of SRI.B.PRAMOD, Advocates for the petitioners and of
   DR.V.N.SANKARJEE, Advocate for the first respondent and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR
   for the second respondent, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

The petitioners are granted a day's time to deposit the balance amount, if any, towards fine amount.
