           ERUMAKUZHY, NOORANAD VILLAGE MAVELIKARA TALUK, ALAPPUZHA DISTRICT.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the proceeding
   in E.P.No.12/2022 in OP 1383/2017 of the Family court, Mavelikara, in the
   interest of justice and render justice.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.ABRAHAM SAMSON and LOVELY SAMSON, Advocates for the applicants and
   Smt. VIJITHA R. for respondent, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

There shall be an order staying execution of the impugned judgment and decree on furnishing security for the relief granted to the satisfaction of the Family Court, within two months.
