          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation and execution of the judgment and decree in AS.No.216 of
   2012 dated 26.11.2018 of Sub Court, Kannur in OS.No.523 of 2002 of Munsiff's Court, Taliparamba
   pending disposal of the Second Appeal.



          This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 28.03.2022 and upon hearing the arguments
