JUDGMENT
The prayer sought for in this Original Petition is to expedite the trial of C.C 556/2015 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Njarakkal. When the Original Petition came up for admission, a report was called for as to the status of the case and time required for completing trial of the said case. In response to the same, a report has been placed on record by the learned Magistrate wherein, it is mentioned that, the trial of the said case can be completed within a period of three months.
In such circumstances, this Original Petition is disposed of directing the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Njarakkal to complete the trial of C.C No. 556/2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
