Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to issue an interim direction
(i) commanding the 4th Respondent to approve the appointment covered
by Exhibit P-1 and disburse the attendant benefits forthwith, pending
disposal of the Writ Petition.
(ii) stay the operation and implementation of Exhibit P-20, pending
final decision of the Writ Petition.
(iii) 1st Respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders upon
Exhibits P-6 and P-14 afresh, after affording an opportunity of being
heard to the Petitioner within a time limt, duly taking note of Exhibits
P-15 and P-16 Judgments and keeping in abeyance proceedings in furtherance
of Exhibits P-17 and P-20, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.V.A.MUHAMMED & M.SAJJAD, Advocates for the petitioner and of
GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondents 1 to 4, the court passed the

Notice before admission to the respondents. The learned Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 4. Issue notice by speed post to respondents 5 to 7.
Sri. Sajjad, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Ext.P20 order has been challenged in W.P.(C) No.20751 of 2022 and the proceedings have been stayed.
Tag this matter along with W.P.(C) No.20751 of 2022. Implementation of Ext.P20 will remain stayed for a period of one month.
