                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 29th day of June, 2022 This writ petition if filed aggrieved by the action taken by the 2nd respondent, a private non-banking financial institution, from which the 1 st petitioner had availed a loan. The petitioners are also aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 1 st respondent Station House Officer in taking steps to avert the threat extended by the 2nd respondent.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader, I find the issue to be purely private in nature and the remedy therefore, is to approach the Civil Court.

Hence, the writ petition is closed, reserving the petitioners' remedy to approach the appropriate forum.
