JUDGMENT
Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is that Exts.P5 and P6 applications seeking mutation of the properties covered by Ext.P1 is pending consideration and no orders are being issued. Exts.P5(a) and P6(a) are the receipts showing that the applications have been received by the respondents. The petitioner submits that even though the 4 th respondent had inspected the land during 2018, no further steps were taken.
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of Exts.P5 and P6 applications after obtaining survey report from respondents 3 and 4 at the earliest at any rate within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
