                              JUDGMENT

1. The above writ petition is filed with the following prayers :

(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to grant permit.
(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider and take decision on exhibit P3 representation (SIC).

2. Today when the matter cam up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 4 th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3.

3. In the light of the above submission, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the 4 th respondent to consider Ext.P3 application for building permit.

4. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the following direction.

WP(C).7499/22 3 The 4th respondent is directed to consider Ext.P3 application and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
