   Court be pleased to stay the operation and execution of judgment and decree dated 30.10.2014 in
   OS.No.196/2012 of the Munsiff's Court, Kayamkulam, which was confirmed by the decree and the
   judgment dated 05.10.2019 in AS.No.32/2015 of the Court of the Additional District Judge-III,
   Mavelikara, till the disposal of this Regular Second Appeal.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 29.03.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
