JUDGMENT
Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation submitted by the petitioner taking into consideration Exts.P1 to P5 documents.
3. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that Ext.P6 has been forwarded to the District Collector, Thrissur on 17.06.2022.
In the above circumstances this writ petition is disposed of, directing the District Collector, Thrissur to take an appropriate action on Ext.P6 at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The respondents 1 and 2 shall intimate the District WP(C) NO. 18273 OF 2022 3 Collector, Thrissur about this order for necessary action. The petitioner shall also produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the District Collector, Thrissur for compliance.
