Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay the operation of Ext.P4 and Ext.P8 orders passed by the
1st and 5th respondents since the same is not in tune with the Judgment in
D.B.P.No.76 of 2009 and also restrain the respondents from carrying out
any further constructions with regard to Malamel Tourism Development
Project without demarcation of the property, during the pendency of the
Writ Petition.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
SRI.G.SANTHOSH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court passed the
