                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 29th day of June, 2022 This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:

"(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P1 representation within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the Malabar Devaswom Board.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has preferred Ext.P1 representation before the Deputy Commissioner of the Malabar Devaswom Board requesting conduct of an enquiry and appointment of the petitioner as Hereditary Trustee of a temple under the Board.

4. Having heard the learned standing counsel also and without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P1 representation preferred by the petitioner and to consider and pass orders on the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of WP(C) NO. 19748 OF 2022 3 this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
