                             JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner, who claims to be the youngest daughter of late Muhammed Haneefa, is aggrieved by the acquisition authorities not recognizing the rights of the Muslim women in the property of the deceased male. Ext.P2 representation has been preferred by the writ petitioner along with her 3 sisters. Petitioner prays that the said representation may be disposed of.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P2 representation and to consider and pass orders on the same after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, at the earliest, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
