                               JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The writ petition has been filed being aggrieved by the obstructions created in the way to the petitioners' plantations by one Radhakrishnan, who is a neighbouring owner. The petitioners have preferred representation before the 2nd respondent as Ext.P3 and they are aggrieved by the delay in consideration of the representation even though more than 2 years have elapsed after the same was filed.

3. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that the representation is pending consideration.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 after hearing the petitioners and other interested parties including Sri.Radhakrishanan mentioned in paragraph 4 of this writ petition, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
