JUDGMENT
Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the 1 st respondent. In view of the orders that are proposed to be issued, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.
2. The petitioner seeks disposal of Ext.P3 petition pending before the 1st respondent. Even though Ext.P3 is seen to have been filed on 02.01.2018, it is submitted that the same is not disposed of so far.
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 after hearing the petitioner and the 2 nd respondent, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
