Petitioner seeks limited relief of extension of time by 15 days to pay the first two instalments stipulated in the judgment by 15 days. Though the prayer is only in respect of two instalments, it is submitted that, after filing of the application, the third instalment has also fallen due and hence the relief is sought for in respect of the first three instalments.

Having regard to the circumstances, I am of the view that the time sought for shall stand extended. Therefore, the petitioner will be at liberty to pay the first three instalments stipulated in the judgment dated 23.03.2022 in W.P.(C)No. 9896 of 2022 on or before 18.07.2022.
