Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
Court be pleased to stay the judgment and decree dated 05.02.2021 in AS.No.68/2016 of the Court of
the Additional District Judge IV,Palakkad, which confirmed the judgment and decree dated 30.10.2015
in OS.No.176/2013 of the Court of the Additional Munsiff,Palakkad, pending disposal of the above
Regular Second Appeal.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in
