           STATE OF KERALA,REP. BY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF KERALA,
           ERNAKULAM.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the the execution of sentence passed
   against the petitioner by judgments in CC No.249/16 on the file of
   Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Aluva and Crl.Appeal No.155/2022
   of the District and Sessions Court, Ernakulam.
        This Application again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.J.SANTHOSH, Advocate
   for the petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the
   Court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

The sentence imposed upon the petitioner shall stand suspended upon he executing a bond for Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Court below.
