     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court be
pleased to stay all further proceeding pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 20.02.2021 in AS.No.20 of
2015 on the files of the Court of the Sub Judge, Sulathanbathery, till the final disposal of this appeal.


   This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in support
