ORDER
As per letter dated 26.5.2022, Munsiff in charge of Munsiff Court, Tirur seeks extension of time for disposal of O.S.No.31 of 2016, which was directed to be disposed of by this Court within a period of four months as per the judgment dated 14.02.2022.
The learned Munsiff reported that he has been holding charge. Therefore, time for disposal of O.S.No.31 of 2016 stands extended for a period of four months from 26.05.2022 with direction to dispose of the same within the said time positively.
