          PUTHUPPADY KARA, KOTHAMANGALAM VILLAGE, PUTHUPPADY P.O., ERNAKULAM
          DISTRICT., PIN - 686673.
       2. STATE OF KERALA, REPRESENTED BY SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE,
          KOTHAMANGALAM POLICE STATION, ENAKULAM DISTRICT THROUGH PUBLIC
          PROSECUTOR, HIGH COURT OF KERALA, ERNAKULAM., PIN - 682031.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment in Crl.Appeal
   No.334/2017 till the disposal of the above appeal and also stay the
   further proceedings in Crl appeal No.101/2018 pending before the sessions
   court Muvattupuzha till the disposal of the above appeal for the ends of
   justice.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and this Court's order dated 31/03/2022 in Crl.M.A.No.1/2022
   and upon hearing the arguments of ROY THOMAS (MUVATTUPUZHA), Advocate for
   the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent 2, the court
   passed the following:

Interim order is extended by four months.
