   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and all further proceedings of judgment in O.S.No.5 of 2018 on the file of
   the Addl.District Judge-I,Kottayam pending disposal of the appeal in the
   interest of justice.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 25/03/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
