This writ appeal is filed challenging the judgment dated 10.5.2022 in W.P.(C)No.2842/2022 by which, the writ court dismissed the writ petition.

2. Today, when this matter came up for consideration, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant is not pressing the writ appeal. Therefore, prays for a direction of this court to dismiss the writ appeal as withdrawn.
