JUDGMENT
Pursuant to the direction in Ext.P3 judgment, a timing conference is being convened to consider the revision of timings of the 2 nd respondent's stage carriage. Ext.P4 is the notice issued to the 2 nd respondent pursuant to Ext.P3 judgment.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner had submitted Ext.P5 objection to the application of the 2 nd respondent for revision of his timings. The grievance of the petitioner is that, his objection will not be considered without any direction from this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the 1 st respondent. In the nature of the directions I propose to issue notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.

4. It is seen from Ext.P4 that, a timing conference is scheduled on 28.06.2022 to consider the application of the 2nd respondent for revision of timings. Since the petitioner has filed Ext.P5 objection to the application of the 2 nd respondent for revision of timings, I feel it is only appropriate that the 1st respondent considers Ext.P5 objection of the petitioner also in the timing conference slated on 28.06.2022. It is ordered accordingly.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
