JUDGMENT
Dated this the 24th day of June, 2022 This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant effective protection to the life and property of the petitioner, in the event of any strike or dharna conducted by the 1st respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was on account of a dharna proposed to be conducted on 21.6.2022, that the writ petition had to be filed. It is submitted that there is no law and order situation at present.
In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is closed. In case of any further threat or obstruction to the ingress and egress to the residence of the petitioner by the 1st respondent or anybody claiming through them, the petitioner may approach the Station House Officer with a written complaint which shall be considered appropriately.
