Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 representation before the 2nd respondent requesting for effecting mutation of a property in her name. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that the representation has to be disposed of by the Tahsildar (LR), Nedumangad.
In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar (LR), Nedumangad to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 representation after hearing the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Petitioner to provide a copy of this writ petition and this judgment to the Tahsildar (LR), Nedumangad for compliance.
