ORDER
Dated this the 24th day of June, 2022 The petitioner is the 2nd accused in C.C.No.1804/2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-I, Aluva. The offences alleged against him are punishable under Sections 451, 427 and 34 of IPC.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri. R. Muraleekrishnan submits that non bailable warrant as well as coercive steps initiated under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C are pending against the petitioner. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Magistrate and to cooperate with the trial. The limited prayer is to give a direction to the learned magistrate to consider and dispose of the bail application on the same day of his surrender itself.
3. Hence, this Crl.M.C is disposed of as follows: Crl.M.C.No.4089/2022 -:3:-
i) The petitioner shall surrender before the learned Magistrate within two weeks from today.
ii) The bail application, if any, filed by the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by the learned Magistrate on the same day itself.
iii) The NBW as well as steps initiated under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C shall be kept in abeyance till the disposal of the bail application. Sd/-
