                              JUDGMENT

The original petition is filed to direct the Court of IInd Additional Subordinate Judge, Kozhikode, to consider and dispose of O.S. No.114/2018, within a time frame.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 01.12.2021 passed by this Court, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kozhikode has by communication dated 09.12.2021 informed this Court that the above suit can be disposed of within a period of seven months.

3. Heard; Sri.K. Mohanakannan, the learned the counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Meena A, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. In the light of the pleadings and materials on record and the above communication of the learned Subordinate Judge, in exercise of the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the IInd Additional Subordinate Judge, Kozhikode, to consider OP(C) NO. 2284 OF 2021 3 and dispose of O.S. No.114/2018, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate on or before 31.03.2023.
