JUDGMENT
The original petition is filed to direct the Court of the Munsiff, Palakkad to consider and dispose of I.A.No.647/2022 in O.S.No.148/2022 (Exhibit P2), within a time frame.
2. Pursuant to the order dated 20.06.2022 passed by this Court, the learned Munsiff, Palakkad has by communication dated 21.06.2022 informed this Court that I.A.No.647/2022 can be considered and disposed of within a period of two months.
3. Heard; Sri.Sarath M.S., the learned the counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. In the light of the pleadings and materials on record and the above communication of the learned Munsiff, in exercise of the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, Palakkad, to consider and OP(C) NO. 1062 OF 2022 3 dispose of I.A.No.647/2022 in O.S.No.148/2022, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
The original petition is ordered accordingly.
