JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for membership in the 3rd respondent Society is not being considered. It is submitted that even though the application was filed, the Society did not respond to it and thereafter the petitioner had approached the 2 nd respondent with Ext.P1 application and orders are yet to be passed. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the 3 rd respondent stating that the petitioner does not reside within the area of operation of the Society. There are also allegations that the petitioner had manipulated records which was later corrected by the Society. The fact remains that the application is pending before the Deputy Director.
In such circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions on either parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 after hearing the petitioner and the 3rd respondent within six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
