JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a vegetable merchant at Kumbanad, Koipuram Village in Pathanamthitta District. The petitioner is aggrieved by unauthorised parking of autorickshaws in front of his shop.
2. According to the petitioner, the autorickshaws are parked in front of his shop obstructing the ingress and egress to the shop. The petitioner submits that, due to the unauthorised parking of the autorickshaws in front of his shop, his business is adversely affected. The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 representation before the 2nd respondent with a copy to the Traffic Regulatory Committee, Koipuram Panchayat, requesting the said respondents to take appropriate steps to prevent the unauthorised parking of autorickshwas in front of his shop. The petitioner states that, respondents 2 and 5 have not taken any steps to prevent the unauthorised WP(C).No.20610 OF 2022 4 parking in front of his shop. The limited prayer of the petitioner at this stage is for a direction to respondents 2 and 5 to consider Ext.P2 representation.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 5 and also the learned Government Pleader.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the 5th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and other affected persons, if any, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
